Great article. I was wondering if you could answer a question for me. During the step 2.8 (Additional Files) you said you can add additional programs, such as your corporate AV software. I've been trying to find information about how to do this and have come up empty so far. Do you know where I can find more detailed information on how to add more files? Do I add just the program's executable or do you do this another way? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I tried adding as a text, Firefox, and that failed.
